Everyone will benefit from a regular HealthTrek routine. HealthTrek incorporates activities to work all major muscle groups both in terms of endurance AND strength. Emphasis is placed on upper body, lower body, and abdominal muscles. For guaranteed effectiveness Kidstuff has created signs to accompany each event detailing its use and benefit.
