Description:
HealthTrek was developed to meet the physical development and maintenance needs of several very diverse segments of our society-youth, seniors, athletes, and the military as well as the general population. Everyone will benefit from a regular HealthTrek routine. HealthTrek incorporates activities to work all major muscle groups both in terms of endurance AND strength. Emphasis is placed on upper body, lower body, and abdominal muscles. For guaranteed effectiveness Kidstuff has created signs to accompany each event detailing its use and benefit.
If the course is for adults, there is also a heavy duty wooden climbing wall. Please ask for details.
